In my attempts to be a “good Mom,” I try to send a wholesome lunch pack with my kids to school every day, and be green with the packaging too. Kids can be finicky and it’s a big bummer to see the same items return home in the afternoon.

My family recently went our first camping trip. The kids had a great time and loved being in their sleeping bags. To keep the excitement going (in preparation for our next camping trip later this month), I made these little sleeping bags for their stuffed animals, complete with zippers. The kids LOVED them… or at least they declared how much their animals loved them.

For our recent family trip to England, I became obsessed with making sure that my two little guys had enough to keep them occupied on the airplane. In the weeks before the trip, I collected fun projects, books, and toys for them and decided it would hold their interest even more if they each had a brand new travel bag to put everything inside of!
